SLUMBER SLOTH SNUGGLER - OLD

Shy and soft-spoken Slumber Sloth struggles with insomnia, which leaves him feeling slow and lethargic during the day. It can be really hard for him to stay awake when he’s hanging out with his friends. Sometimes he even falls asleep in the middle of a conversation, and begins dreaming about what he was going to say instead of actually saying it. Slumber Sloth doesn’t like that others expect him to act this way.

Slumber Sloth wishes he could get better sleep at night, and his mom wants to help him do the same. She did some research and discovered that progressive muscle relaxation and affirmations can help Slumber Sloth fall asleep more easily.
